First off...get yourself into Navy SEAL team or a Marine force Recon unit. Spend about 10 yrs dropping into various 4th world muslim hell hole countries. Learn to kill as many islamo facists as you can during that time..make sure to put away your paychecks for start up seed money for your new company when you get out.

Do you have special operations training? If not, that's where to start. Join the Navy and go SEALs. You have to know what you're sending out your people to do and how to train them.
