So true! No current world leader is responsible for more deaths than George W. Bush. This is factual. It is something that Bush supporters have a hard time believing. Many of them love the President and were told many good things about him. If you are in the Republican Party and most everyone is supporting your guy, everyone is saying positive things and covering up the bad points. Whatever you hear is only the good about your guy and so when you hear others criticize him, it makes you feel sick and/or angry at the other people for saying what they are saying.

The right answer is yes, George W. Bush IS responsible for more deaths and destruction than any other current world leader! The answer is "Yes!" This is a factual answer!

George W. Bush is not the leader of the world. So, your question is a trick. You could only compare him to other current leaders of other nations or countries. So, you could say that he's responsible for more lives saved.

Do you have a clue what is going on in parts of Africa, Asia and even in Russia, in terms of civil and tribal wars, genocide and complete and utter oppression. Not to mention the corrupt gvts in south america where opponents just dissappear.

Anyone that thinks Bush has killed the most people or is the most evil leader in the world is seriously ignorant or straight out screwed up when it comes to prioritizing evil.

False! As much as you would like this to be true take a look at the dictators in the rest of the world. China and many African nations have dictators that are much, much worse. At least here if you don't agree you can say so and next year you get a chance to elect someone else. Not many places in the world you can say that about.

False. Many Americans want to believe this to be true because they have been living under the delusion that all they have to do to make the world a safer place is to vote a new guy into the Oval Office. It is important for them to continue this delusion because they can't admit to themselves that they aren't doing enough. They can't admit that maybe their fellow citizens in the military are braver, better people.
