This is quite easy to explain. Between the Bucks Fizz, The Brotherhood of Man and Dollar they probably sold more records than the entire product of X-Factor for the last five years and the next five years. Those who bought 'Tie A Yellow Ribbon' are still alive today and have every bit as much right to their musical taste as you do. Although I hasten to add that I am not one, some of these people illustrate their taste by voting for what they like on X-Factor, which is Same Difference. I hope this helps you understand a little better.

I like Same Difference. I like the cheesey music and cheesey music does appeal to a lot of people. However, I may be biased as they are really local to me and loads of people I work with know them well (so I always know on Monday / Tuesday what song they are planning to sign).
BTW, it is SImon makin them sing cheesey songs each week. They would prefer to do sing other songs but Simon has had so much fan mail for them, he won't let them sing anything but.

I know, I can't believe it! What talent do they possibly have? Cheesy! All I can say is they best not win, as I will think the voting public have completely lost the plot!

my 87 year old mum likes Same Difference , thinks they're like the Carpenters. So the majority of tonight's voters must be very old - I can't think of any other age group who would like them
