I think he is responsible to some extent but he is not responsible for it all. We went into afghanistan for one reason revenge for 9/11 the country was still vulnerable and we just rushed into something like petty little kids. At the time I was behind the war on the afghanis because I felt like these are the guys responsible for killing my dads best friends and that almost took him away from me ( he was an nyc firefighter at the time) so i said hell ye go in there and blow them up but looking back now it was a stupid decision and we should done more thinking at leats preperation before going in. As for the Iraq war Its a disgrace there was no logical reason to invade the country and there still isnt Sadam was no major threat to the states and I know this sounds terrible but I'd rather he went on killing his own people without us being involved over having our young men and women losing their lives over there. The wars in the mid-east started by us just provoked more terrorism we will never get rid of it all together and by fighting the 'war on terror' we are just creating more. So I think Bush is very much so responsible for the world's instability terrorism and war but nomatter if it was kerry, bush or gore in that oval office there would be terror no matter what there is no way around it the most we can do is help who we can and stay out of it ourselves there is no point in invading countries beyond our helping power. Bring our boys home God bless them

When he took office in 2001, he and his advisers were briefed by the CIA on earlier matters concerning terrorism and the Iraq War. In addition, he was given a CIA policy and affairs manual. In spite of warnings from many high-level people Bush and his policy advisers, Cheney, etc, went against conventional advice and violated the US Constitution taking our nation to war and risking a much larger outbreak and the escalation of terrorist activities to go on. Bush and his administration did violate the US Constitution, which resulted in the Iraq War of 2003 and the deaths of 300,000 Iraqis (an additional 360,000 plus died in the ensuing civil war. Terrorism is worst today and war with Iran, Russia, North Korea, and China is at our door steps, whether Americans want to realize it or not! An all out nuclear war will translate into the total destruction of life on this earth!
The truth is that our soldiers are NOT dying for liberty and freedom and they are NOT dying to protect or defend our nation. They are dying, because of a Bush administration cover up of the past Reagan-Bush administration's criminal conduct.

Not much. Terrorism existed well before Bush got into office, and the Middle East has never been stable.
Also if your going to make accusations please have reference with which to compare. Are you talking about just one country, more than one, a city, the entire Middle East? In terms of terrorists, are you only talking about Al Qaida, or others? Are you looking at certain years?

War-not at all. The terrorists were planning 9-11 while Clinton was in office. It would have happened had Gore been in office.
Saddam had to be removed. Bush Sr. should have finished it a long time ago.
Terrorism existed before 2000 and will exist, in a weakened state, in 2009 and beyond.
Instability-Bush has put us down the path to stability by taking on the enemy.

At least 75 percent and by Bush what I actually mean is the US and its foreign policy since the end of the 2nd World War.
As for Bush - does he actually make any real decisions? Is he just given lines to read? How guilty does that kind of complicity make him? How much does he know about the World?

You're giving Bush way too much credit by even asking....lol.
He snorted cocaine ... He dodged the draft....His friends knew him as an alcoholic womanizer with a bad temper....a complete failure at business until his wealthy friends bailed him out. Yet within a few short years he was elected Governor of Texas, and quickly catapulted into the White House, in spite of losing the popular vote. He was re-elected with last minute help from Osama Bin Laden, in spite of high disapproval ratings. He still couldn't think his way out of a wet paper bag .....and yet he's declared an endless war and instituted some of the most radical political changes in American history .... his administration and he are completely out of touch. They don't care what the rest of the world thinks, let alone you or me.
The scary part is the total strangulation of the constitution, in the name of what he and his cabinet can and do enforce during wartime that would be completely unacceptable during peace time.
I sincerely hope the constitution gets restored soon in the future.

Is Bush a terrorist? Okay, let's see...
Bin Laden caused 2,000+ Americans died on American soil. So, in return, Bush caused 3,800+ Americans, and counting, and half a million Iraqis died on Iraqi soil. Bush says he's hunting the head of terrorisim- Bin Laden, but he sends ten times more troops to Iraq than to Afghanistan. Is it because Bin Laden is hiding in Iraq?

I believe ordinary. That became right into a imply element to declare that Christians and Jews are terrorists, no longer all Christians and Jews call Muslims terrorists and likewise you are able to no longer generalize a non secular team or any team of folk. i do no longer think of he performed plenty in any respect tbh. And he rather did no longer do it the terrific suited way.
