Every woman's body is different including yours, it can last 2-3 days or longer, depending on your cycle. I would ask your female relatives (mom, sister or aunt), this would give you a better idea what is normal for you... :)

Period cramps generally should be the first 2-3 days of your period after that they should begin to taper off. If your cramps last longer then that or are really bad you should chekc into being put on birth control. It can help them some. Also while you have the cramps try heating pads and motrin to relieve them.
