I must have more than one. Once some guy came up to me in the pub and said he wasn't happy with the shed I had erected for him. I was very surprised as at the time I installed SKY satellite systems!

The other occasion was when me and my other half were on holiday in Spain. We were sat outside a bar and some random bloke came up to me and said "Hey, how are you. How's your dad doing?" Ofcourse, I wasn't aware that it was a case of mistaken identity a first even though I didn't recognise him. It was only after a short conversation that the penny dropped and I asked him who he was. He said, "I'm Goerge. You are Franks son aren't you?"

No, I said. My dad is John!

Yeah a girl at uni said I looked loads like her friend from back home, and a few months later that friend came to visit and she did look ALOT like me....and i was really nice to her and she was a right b*tch to me!!! you'd think being 'doubles' we'd get along but maybe it creeped her out alot. Also cos she was Irish and I'm English so it was like 2 ppl who look the same but with different accents, so it was rather weird.

Yes. I've been mistaken many times for one of the barmaids from the pub I usually drink in, in town. The only similarity between us is that we've both got long blonde hair and that's it really. She also has massive boobs and whereas I have fried eggs, LOL! How people get us mixed up I don't know! :)

Yes. Very strange, too!
The girl moved into my hometown a few weeks after I had moved away. Then more than a year later, she left a few weeks before I moved back.
People I grew up with were amazed by not only our looks/size, but the voices were the same. I have a deep 'May West' type sound.

Yes. But it is imposable to have a double of yourself (unless of course you can successfully clone yourself) There are millions of genes and the fact that someone would have the exact same ones as you is imposable

Once at a local concert, it was werid because it was a crowded show, in the dark beside strobelights and disco balls and the music was so loud you could barley hear the ringing in your ears but the (stranger) girl ran up to me and said how she thought I looked like her friend and that we should meet even though they didn't live in town.

Yes, and it was weird. I went to where this person was, it was a man and I was a young woman at the time with short hair..his a bit long but cut just like mine. I walked up to him and we both just stood there, mouth open. Then I walked away. Weird.

Yes - a woman came and kicked my up the a*s*in Safeway. She said that she had mistaken me for her friend - it really hurt, but I politely said that she was forgiven as it was an easy mistake to make. With friends like that - who needs enemies???
