When I get mad. I get violent.
Ive tied everyhing, walking around, listening to music.
Nothing helps, I still just want to go up to them and beat the crap out of them. What should I do?

When you feel you need to hit out, close your eyes and count to ten slowly. I did that and it helped me a lot

Oh Yea, you want to beat the crap out of them , sure , I bet they are smaller and weaker than you, people who think like you are cowards, you always pick your target. If the person involved was much bigger and stronger than you would you still go and beat them up or would you just shine it on. I am not trying to put you down but you know that what I am saying is true. If you understand that then maybe you might be on the road to changing your cowardly ways.

Reality mirrors the contents of consciousness.

You are obviously 'attached' to being angry AND violent. This kind of pattern has a source in early development and is a result of frustration - with being disregarded and/or antagonized - and the patterning of adult behavior. It is a part of your conditioned ego identity.

The good news is that you are NOT your ego feelings, thoughts, perceptions and reactions. You are the OBSERVER of them. The more you understand their origin (programming) and reframe the original incidents in the light of reason, the less these reactions will control you.

Cause and effect are never separated. If you are experiencing these effects, the cause is in you.

Change your thinking. In your everyday life, be the best person you can be. If there is something or someone in your life that brings the violance out in you, stay away. If you don't do something about it now, no matter what age you are, you will remain an angry and very unhappy person for the rest of your life. Change your thoughts, change your life, which is not an easty thing to do, but it can be done.
