Hooray! We are spirit sisters! I removed mine from the living room and put it in my room instead. There are only three rooms in my house so that's where it went. My 3 year old and I never watch it anymore and our relationship has become even better. We talk better, listen to each other more, and I am more involved in his play time. We never watched much, just animal documentaries and play school, but even the removal of just this stuff has had a positive effect. I still let him watch his favourite movies if he is ill, and I still get things like Cirque du Soleil shows and other documentaries for him, but other than that - nothing! Isn't it great?

The 'Rose' character played by Betty White. She is the most
refreshing older woman on TV and I think she would make
a great caregiver for people as much as she is for animals.
Her wit is still sharp as was proved on a recent clip of Enter-
tainment Tonight, I think it was. I've admired her since I was
young and saw her on a series about a newspaper staff. I
can't think of that shows' name. I'm terrible about forgetting
names lately. Oldtimers, again! lol
A second choice would have been Jane Wyatt, for her role
on Father Knows Best. I think the actor playing her husband,
whos' name escapes me right now, would have made a
great dad as well. He was the best advice giver since Judge
Hardy, in the Andy Hardy series of movies with Mickey Rooney. The Hardy mom would have been a great mom
and a great care giver, as well. She was a gentle soul.

I'll take Rosie, the Jetson's maid. Dependable, trustworthy, and a little bit of sass. Plus if she get's annoying, just flip the switch and turn her off.

I think I would pick "Mr. French" from what ever show that was...you know, with the twins Buffy and Jody? He didn't seem to do much, but spoke with directness, dignity and respect - he also sounded educated. I guess to the point he had them all fooled and didn't do much! lol....guess I could take care of myself!

I think I'd like Alice...she cooks well, is funny and full of energy and would be great company.

Also would put my vote in for HAZEL..remember her? or BENSON...all would be phenomenal to have around the house!
