I think slowly getting eaten alive is the worst way to go.

have you seen saw three? that has the most painful horrible ways to die in it. especially the one where you have to get a key out of a jar of acid before a machine rips your ribs out of you. or the one where your hands are handcuffed and you're hanging there naked in a freezer room with water being sprayed on you at regular intervals until you freeze to death and then keep freezing.

I always thought that drowning would be a horrible way to go. If you get trapped under water and run out of air, your body convulses and your done for. Sorry, I have some medical training.
