Who chose your middle name for you?

My mother and some of her lady friends.
Yes, I love it. My whole family goes by my middle name. Since I was born in Japan, I was given a Japanese name meaning "Flower" because they kept saying I looked like a little flower.

I don't have a middle name, so when I divorced I retained my ex's last name so that I could use my maiden name for my middle, that and so as not to confuse my children, I wanted our names to match...

My dad chose my middle name which is Leah. I love it.

My mom but she gave it to me because it was my Grandmother's middle name. I like the thought that I have something of my grandmother's because she has passed on but I'm not a big fan of the name itself. It's Marie....and no...I don't use it...only occasionally on legal documents etc.

I was named after my grandfather, Howard Paul. I am, Trevor Howard. I sign my FULL name to all legal documents. I use my middle initial for non formal documents though

My older sister come first middle name - A
I'm second baby sister - middle name - B
My other baby sister middle name - C

which it's A B C who come first, second, and third.
She create it which it's awesome!

I'm not sure who chose it, but it doesn't really match the rest of my name. I don't use it that much.

my middle name is nicole and i like it plenty, my mom pretty much chose it to be after my grandpa nick

My parents. I have two, my mom's middle and maiden names.
I use them both.

Um, my parents. And yes, I love it (it's Elisabeth). I don't use it too often cuz my first name is just as great (Shana).
