What has happened to Kelly Osbourne that makes Sharon send her love and talk about her during the show??

Kelly slipped down some stairs at the NTA's and was put in a neck brace. She had to pull out of her final performance of Chicago too.

Apparently she's in hospital but Sharon didn't say why or what was wrong with her. She just said that she missed her and that Kelly needed to get well soon.

I didn't know Kelly was in hospital!
I thought it was just Sharon being her usual attention grabbing self! lol
