I don't think so, snake eyes, the tides are influenced by the gravitational pull of the moon and so it is reasonable to assume that what flows through the brain is similarly effected, however I certainly believe that the flow of water does have an influence on us, but for different reasons.
PS: it is a complex subject and I'm no expert x

Interesting thought. I don't know of any correlation between the electrical system of the brain and the ebb and flow of the tides.
