Yes you do but please bear in mind that you will only get the doctor's recorded time of death...I was with my husband when he died but the recorded time was 30 minutes later......

Think you have the right to know everything you possibly can, but as others said, unless people were with your husband it may just be an estimate.
Hope knowing people feel for you helps and your memories are a comfort in the coming times.

yes but you only get the time of death when a doctor actually confimrs it
for example the doctor could turn up 30mins later and confirm death so that will be the recorded time of death

its very hard to determine the exact time unless a doctor was there when it happened

I wouldn't dwell on details too much. You have a right to know of course but focus on the fact that your husband is in a better place. I truly believe that and I'm sure you will see him again one day. My thoughts are with you.

Yes, you do - it should be recorded on the death certificate - along with the cause of death.

well ofcourse you do - if the information is known - who or what's keeping you from this information?

sometimes they can only get as close as a couple of hours if no one was with the person for a long while
