Thank you very much for all those information.
Now I understand and I've read the story of Guy Fawkes on wikipedia.

Guy Fawkes night is on Monday, but many people have fireworks displays tonight, rather than tomorrow night (Sunday) for religious reasons. Guy Fawkes tried to blow up the houses of parliament on Nov 5 1605. For some reason, we celebrate this!!!! Hope you are enjoying your stay in Scotland - the noise won't last forever! I live in South West Scotland and there have been fireworks all night.

It's to do with Guy Fawkes night probably . Many years ago a man tried to blow up Parliament . His foul plot was discovered and he was arrested . Since then people have celebrated the failure of his deed by placing his effigy on a large bonfire and having fireworks with the latter to , some say ,represent the explosions that would have happened had he not been caught .
His plan was to put loads of gunpowder in barrels underneath the parliament.
Look up Guy Fawkes on "Wikipedia"

Its bonfire night on the 5th Nov,but the celebrations always start or go on till the nearest weekend.Bonfire night is when a chap called Guy Fawkes was going to blow up Parliament with a load of gunpowder but the plot was foiled that why we celebrate, some people have bonfires and build a guy in the shape of a man to burn on top this represents Guy Fawkes.
