There are latinos with white skin. Latino is not a race, latinos encompass almost any skin shade, from pale/blonde hair/blue eyes to the stereotypical tan/dark hair/eyes to even african looking. Latinos are mostly a mixture of races, there are biracial and multi-racial non-hispanics who have that same look of a stereotypical latino. But please, don't generalize.

My Father is easy complicated with eyes that alter colours purple hair and talk the language of a Creole. Me on the different hand i'm a brown complicated Creole with darkish brown eyes and all my little ones have eyes like there Grandfather. You can get a spray on tan at the mall, but your facial features will still be caucasion, so the effect wont be exactly the same.
