My daughter asked me this this morning. I unfortunately do not know the answer.
Are there other planets in our solar system that have an ozone layer?

Saturns moon Titan does have an atmosphere! So that would mean yes it does have an ozone layer.

More interesting stuff for her:

And Uranus has lightning storms. Very strong ones at that by far more powerful and instense than what we have here.

Neptune has strong winds up to 1200 miles an hour!

Venus has 1000s of active volcanoes

Mercury, for instance, does not even have an atmosphere, so could not have any ozone at all. Mars hardly has any oxygen, so could not have enough of what it takes to make ozone. Venus atmosphere is nearly pure carbon dioxide; so again, it lacks the stuff to make ozone. As for the gas giants (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune) their atmosphere is mostly hydrogen and helium, with traces (less than 1%) of methane, ammonia, water and other compounds. With that much hydrogen, ozone would immediately react with it to form water. So, it seems that, in the solar system, only Earth has an ozone layer.

I'm not sure. I know that some of the moons of the other planets have an atmosphere of sorts, but that doesn't necessarily mean that there is an ozone layer. You could always ask your question to the folks at SpaceWeather.com. They have contacts with all kinds of scientists & meteorologists that might be able to give you a definitive answer.

many planets dont have an atmosphere because there gravity is not strong enough or its too hot and the atmosphere burned off.
