I have no voltage on my chevy van obd port. Is there a fuse for this circuit?

The power for the OBD port is on the same fuse as the cigarette lighter. This is quite common. When we plug in a scan tool and get no power, the first thing to check is the lighter and fuse for it.

ECM, IGN, or PCM.

But not for JUST the port.
