After the first mailbox is "Out Of Town," what is "Local Postmark"?

Inside the large main United States Postal Service location while I'm mailing something off during collection times.

Local = Sending mail in the same town you are currently in.
Out of Town = Sending mail anywhere else.

Out of town means mail going out of town to another city.
Local postmark means it is going to the same city, within city limits.
