Who is Matt and Annie's biological dad?

They both call Sean dad, but I though i heard that Christian was their real father. If so, when were Christian and Julia together?

As a "Nip/Tuck" fan I realize what you're asking. Christian is Matt's father. He and Julia had an affair early on in the realtionship between Julia and Sean. Annie is Sean's daughter. Matt still calls Sean dad because afterall Sean did raise him from a baby assuming it was his own child. Christian was always around, but he certainly wasn't a "father" to Matt except for having provided the sperm.
