No, a toad doesn't have warts. So it would be difficult for him to give it to humans. The bumps toads have on their back are just the pure shape of his bones under his skin. And the little bumps, I think they're just there for extra camouflage. When a taod sits on bumpy earth you almost can't see him. So if a toad pees on you, that's just gross, but not dangerous.


By the way: always wash your hands after touching wild creatuires, you never know what kind og disseases they carry with'em.

No, its not true. As a kid, I caught many frogs and toads. Invariably, some of them wound up having an accident in my hands. No warts here. But, please do wash your hands after handling any wild creature.
