The ones I've seen aren't legal.
You're going to need something with turn signals, horn, headlight, and brakelight.

Personally I wish those crappy little bikes would disappear totally.

Unless you are spending a lot of money on one (and I mean equal to, or more than a real street-legal motorcycle would cost), then you are buying a piece of unreliable junk.

Do yourself a favour and buy an older motorcycle --- maybe even one that needs a bit of work done on it to make it run.

You will be much happier with a street-legal bike in the end. And you can get an older used one for around the same price you would spend on the pocket bike.

Sorry kid,

Pocket bikes are not, and never will be street legal, no matter what you hope or think.

They are lots of fun on the track, though!

The other people are right, you need to get a moped, it's much better than a confiscated pocket bike.

in the beginning, this website is for bicycles. attempt autos and transportation / motorcycles...something 50cc or over will might desire to be insured and function a CA registration style plate. i believe you will possibly additionally choose a bike license to experience it. that's not criminal to experience it in a bicycle or ped lane. you may and gets a value ticket, and can lose the motorbike. those toys are only good for use on private sources.

they will never be street legal. run it on the street at yer own risk cause if a cop sees u, this toy will be immediately confiscated, u will get cited for no mc license, no plates, no registration, failure to display plates, and no insurance just for starters. in short, u will get royally reamed. either get a regular pedal bike, or get an actual scooter.
