Depends on the situation. Like, leaving my comfort zone and dancing in front of people is something I would do, but leaving my comfort zone and going home with a guy I hardly know is something I would not do.

everyday. i'm weird and my comfort zone is behind my keyboard where i can't be laughed at face-to-face, but i don't hold back even when i'm in public
