Well this will take some kind of Internet Block. If you have Norton internet security, you can make a password that is required when accessing the internet. Other than that you can just make a password on your Windows Account. Or you can just download a internet blocking program from the internet. IF you have bellsouth, you can get one free from them.

Go to Start/Control Panel/User Accounts, and give your Admin account a password. Then only you will be allowed to access the computer. You can set up another user account with limited access. Or you can open the guest account. It have very limited access.

you can use mcafee privacy which will ask you to login before it will let you access the internet. if you dont enter a password then you cant access the internet
