Not unless the municipality has a rule against corn plants. Assuming that they petitioned for a commercial permit of some sort you should have been informed of that, unless the property was already zoned commercial when they purchased it.

If you have 125 acres maybe consider selling your current house and move to the far end of the property?

Nope. It's a free country and if they built legally, there's nothing you can do.

However, you could let them know you'd be open to selling your property in the future. Which might interest them, especially if they ever plan to expand.

In the meantime, enjoy the 125 acres of space around your home. If the corn plant ruins your view, consider planting trees or building a second home on the other side of your acreage, and renting the first home out.

No, you cannot. Assumably, the new 'corn plant' got the required permits and clearances from the municipality to proceed with construction.

Sad to say, it's your loss that such a facility was built there.
