Hey, stuff happens and if you can go month to month, Do It. They make their bux sticking it to people who have to sign off early.

If you have no problems with cingular, and have been happy with them and don't plan on changing phone companies, then I would say renew your contract and get a free phone. I had Cingular for a long time. I switched recently to a new company and got a good deal with my boyfriend with Verizon. Whatever you decide, look into the coverage and plans they have.

Well it would depend upon your future use for the phone.. if you plan on staying with Cingular, it wouldn't hurt to get another contract especially if you are happy with their service.

Maybe you could make a deal with them and upgrade your phone but not have a contract attached to it.. just keep it month to month if you aren't 100% satisfied with them.

Change your plan to Verizon Wireless. Cheaper than most offers a lot unlimited text and messaging along with other options for one person a month at a very reasonable rate.

month to month is better - i recommend you move to o2, they have brilliant tariffs.. i just got the 300 free texts and 1mb of WAP there yesterday. I'm going to change to 300 minutes next month. Quick and Easy.
I say get a new phone, the world is always changing
