Lol I can answer this for you. You see as females you don't have genitals on the outside that are pressed against your underwear. Guys on the other hand do. Imagine walking around for a while and you sit and do other crap, a guys genitals move somewhat and guys grab themselves to adjust their package to make it more comfortable again. I mean think about it if you were running and your boobs fell out of your bra acidently wouln't you adjust back.

It gets itchy sometimes or needs to be readjusted. Also if you are wearing boxers and get a ***** you need to push it up so it won't be visible.
