If it's not your own pattern you could sell it just for the cost of the yarn. But if it's your own pattern, multiply your costs (including overhead) times three. If it's a really unusual design that everyone will want, add $10.00 an hour for your time.

I just bought a really well made felted knitted purse with lining for $50 at a hospital craft fair. It depends on your location and craftmanship.

Don't know but depending on the size, I would spend 15-20 dollars to buy one. I can't knit because I have poor feeling in my fingertips and I can't maintain a good tension.

Cost of supplies times three is a good guideline from which to start when pricing homemade, handmade, or handcrafted items. You may need to go up or down a bit from there. Don't give your stuff away and don't be greedy (or egotistical) in your pricing. Try to find the balance between those two extremes.
