I have to do a drama piece on the theme of injustice, and so I was just wondering what's everyone's view on injustice is? What kind of things make you fired up because you find them unfair? Anything happened to you? Thanks!
Plus any ideas for a drama piece would be greatly appreciated too :)

I always like to look to the roots of a word to get its meaning. Injustice is from the Latin 'ius, iuris' -- right or law (from the second form, the genitive, we get jury, jurisprudence etc.)
What is unjust is what ain't right. For example, if I stepped on your toe and you killed me, people would say, "Hey! That ain't right. That was unjust. You shoulda just socked him one."
It's hard to get fired up in this crazy world. I generally just say, "You were a silly billy to do that."

Well the easy answer, would be some one who, is found guilty, of a crime they did not commit!
But life is more complicated than that and I do not have the space to fully, explain.
So will just give you one example.
Rhodesia, under the con troll of Smith, fed most of Africa!
However the west decided, that this country should be controlled by the African population.
Power was turned over to Mugabe, so now Zimbabwe is starving, farms that the President gave his family, are turning in to dust?
Well is this injustice and who is to blame? Think?

Justice is defined by rendering what is due or merited. Injustice can be many things, prople convicted of crimes they didn't commit, different wage scales for the same work, a Congress that is corrupt. One case in point, a Pedophile who raped a 3 yr. old, got 60 days in jail and rehab. A Dr. who screwed up his income tax, owed the IRS, payed the IRS money owed and penalties and still got 10 months in jail. That's injustice.

What I find most unjust is when someone is taken advantage of because of their good intentions. A person who gives and gives and gives only to be left with nothing.

The giving tree is a good story for example. In the end the person sees the error of their ways and find that it's too late to give back. Man I hated that story when I was a kid hahahaha.
