and the answer is no, he has been injury riddled since his cy young season and with lackey and escobar picking up the "ace" standing and with weaver looking so good, in addition to santana (who the team expects to rebound from his awful '07) and the young guys (saunders in particular) plus scoscia has said he wants to try to get johann santana, the angels are looking great in the rotation

This is a solid team that doesn't have to make major changes in the off-season. Maybe the biggest decision concerns the future of Colon with the club.
