I love Lyla! I like the spelling Lilah better though, and it's very similar to Lily, another one of my faves. Czarina is a pretty awesome name, but I don't like it as much compared to Lilah or Lily.
And I really wouldn't use Marie - not because it isn't pretty (it is), but it's just so overused now. That and Lynn are way too popular as middle names. What about Marina or Linnea (Lynn-nay-ah) instead? Lily Marina would be gorgeous (but not Lilah Marina - the similar sounding endings are a bit annoying lol). I also love Linnea, but not with Lily or Lilah - the alliteration can be a little grating lol.
I'm not really sure what else to suggest lol, since I don't really know what else you like. If you guys are into flower names, what about some of the 'newer' ones that are coming back in style - Rosalie, Violet, Dahlia, Jessamine (Jasmine) ? Or names that sound similar to Czarina - Serena, Catharina (Cate or Cat), Caterina, Catriona ? Try www.nymbler.com - you can type in names you already like (though they have to be in the database - I'm not sure if Czarina is used enough to be in it, and also names should probably be spelled the most common way - like Lilah instead of Lyla. But most names do work in it.) and up will come tons more suggestions similar to them.

Lily and Lila Marie are both lovely, but I'd stick with this spelling (and lack of unnecessary punctuation) for the latter. ;)
Most forms don't allow you to put it anyway, and it only serves to create more hassles than it solves. I'm assuming you used it here to clarify that Lila Marie would be a double name -- not first and middle -- and that's fine. But all that's necessary in real life is simply writing "Lila Marie" on the first name line of her birth certificate, and a separate middle name (if you'll use one) on the middle line. No hyphenation required.
I wouldn't use the literal title "Czarina" as a given name any more than I would Princess or Queen, to be honest. Especially since it sounds quite similar to the familiar name Serena anyway, so many will assume you tried to get creative with the spelling and happened to be completely ignorant of what a "Czarina" actually was. Oops! ;)

I like Lily best, then Lyla. I probably wouldn't use Czarina, because that's the feminine of Czar, which tends to bring dictatorships to mind. Maybe Sarina.
Layla is also really pretty, and it's similar to Lily and Lyla.

I like Alexa. I mean- it's not my fave but it's okay. My sister is named Lily and her middle name is Dakota. I like that name. Lyla-Marie is okay, but I don't necessarily like double names. Czarina is too weird for me.
