Hey. So, im thirteen yrs old. I dont really need a cell phone yet, but i have one. got it when i was like 11 i think. anyways, its a pink RAZR and its with TELUS. the thing is..... I lost it. I dont think i lost it at school, because i have a bad habit of not remembering to charge my cell, so i know it wasnt charged the last time i saw it, so i didnt bring it to school. I've checked everywhere at the computer (i cleaned the entire desk) Ive checked all my purses and bags. Ive shaken out all of my coats, in case it was burried under them. ive looked under the car seats and in teh glove box. i cant find it anywhere. and im not an idiot, so of course i tried calling it, but like i said, it wasnt charged. it went straight to voicemail. my mom said she'll probably have to cancel it, but i dont get another one after that because its expensive (and im not settling for a cheap crappy phone) so, i really REALLY want to find it. if you know what i should do PLEASE give advice!! thanks!

computer guy: thanks. ive been searching everywhere. ive never had a problem with losing my phone before. and i dont like cheap phones because they tend to be in boring colors, they have bad signal, and im kind of a snob when it comes to money i dont have. i like to buy expensive things that i dont use. it makes me feel special.

so, now ive checked my room as well (i'd checked before, but this time i tore it apart) and ive gone through another bag again, taken everything out. ugh. i need my cell phone, because i like to go walking in search of new stores but i always get lost. yesterday i was walking for three hours because i didnt have my phone with me and i couldnt find a pay phone. and when i finally did find a pay phone, i had to buy a kleenex box so i could wipe it and not have to touch it. (homeless, non-showering people use payphones) are there any other places i should be checking?? ive looked in shopping bags too.

Well, the phone battery is probably dead, so calling it doesn't help. It may have been stolen if you left it in a public place. If you are fairly sure it is at home, you have to go through the entire house with a fine-tooth comb. Look everywhere, and I mean everywhere. I frequently find things for my wife and daughters because I look everywhere, and they don't. If you cannot find it, then there is no choice but to cancel it.

It's fine if you don't like cheap crappy phones, but losing expensive phones can get quite burdensome. It may come down to cheap, crappy phones or nothing.
