Teenagers are often easily annoyed and always want to go beyond their limits. Try to be more mature although it may be hard.
People who made the myspace.com have a reason. The internet can bring a lot of communications and you might enter a zone that is not suitable for minors.
Just think about having a younger sister or a daughter of your own having done the same thing you want to do, isn't it awkward?
At your age, you are still not aware of the dangers and risks until you learn things the hard way.
If you still want to continue these things you want to do, go ahead. Just always be careful and expect the consequences.

The thing that is wrong with kids under 14 getting a MySpace account is that not every kid is as mature as you nor as wise when it comes to privacy and security and they will post sexy pictures, which only invites child sexual predators to contact them and pose as kids their own age. If all the kids who wanted to be on MySpace had the maturity that you do, then it wouldn't be a problem, but unfortunately, so many don't, so they need to be protected because they are not taking proper precautions to protect themselves.

the aspect that's misguided with childrens below 14 getting a MySpace account is that no longer each and every youngster is as mature as you nor as smart at the same time as it is composed of privateness and safe practices and they'll submit horny pictures, which in easy words invites baby sexual predators to the contact them and pose as childrens their personal age. If each and every of the little ones who had to be on MySpace had the adulthood that you do, then it would not be a subject matter, yet regrettably, dissimilar do not, so as that they favor to be secure because they don't seem taking proper precautions to guard themselves.

It's fine as long as you give your parents the password so they can make sure that you are private and have no pictures. Or be open and honest and let them supervise you while you make your page and add friends etc. Most parent/child relationships are not that open though, so parents generally will not want their child to have one at all.
