Probably because they are thin and therefore have no boobs but more prominant cheek bones etc.

Its not necessarily true, but I suppose it has to do with how prominent the cheek bones will look. However, no all flat chested people have pretty faces-- look at some of the models, they have gaunt, haunted looking faces. Women with curves have beautiful faces too like tyra, beyonce, queen latifah, etcetera.

I'm flat chested, and everyone says i'm pretty.
I guess it's because there are no distractions,
and we can't use our breasts to atrract people,
so we have to make sure our faces look nice... i think?

i agree. proabaly cuase they are thin. thin ppl are skinny. but other type of woman can always be jsut as gorgeous.
