I know my penis is small and its really destroying my self confidience. I'm scared to sleep with my current girlfriend because of it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

as long as its longer than 3 inches or something size dont matter and your girlfriend wont mind!

if u feel like u aint performing well enuf or something wen u do sleep wiv her there are positions which will increase her pleasure no matter the length
U shudnt worry - it doesnt change who u r and it cud be worse in fact, 4.5 inches isn't even that bad - it sounds fine and your gf wont mind!!!

Well. that is the same as me. My penis was 4.5 inches long. Now its 5inches, just wait and it'll grow, unless or over 20. For right now try to relax many girls don't care about the size, just the personality and characteristic. If I were you, I wouldn't even be scared. All guys are different.
