I know being poor makes them ignorant and all they know besides crime is breeding, but I think we should put a limit to how many kids they have. Its for the safety of others, crime and poverty prevention.

no! i disagree, i think poor people should have the most children so that when the kids turn 16 they can start working and support themselves and their parents.

Sure, and while you're at it, run a credit check, give everybody an IQ test, driving test, vision test, hearing test, written test, drug test, physical, have DCFS inspect their homes for safety violations, and have a private investigator do a background check, interview friends/neighbors/family/employers, make sure the applicants have a High School Diploma or G.E.D., a list of 3 references as well as two referrals, fill out an application, sign a bunch of dotted lines, hire a good attorney, and pray to God that her eggs haven't shriveled up by the time the government gets around to approving your Parenting application. Good question.

seems a shame that all our hardworking tax money goes to some single chick with 6+ kids sitting on her @ss somewhere
