I already have 3 black mollies how many of the fish below can i have?

You can easily have them all, its important to remember with live bearers that you should keep more females than males as the males will drive them crazy!
As for neons or cardinals, I find Cardinals to be a little nippy but hardier than the neons, keep them in groups of 6 or more so they bug each other rather than picking on the others.
And cory cats are awesome but they are a schooling fish so should be in at least a group of 3.
You should add an algae eater too, stay away from plecostomus as they get too huge for your tank, add a couple of Ottocinclus, they do a great job.
Also remember, live bearers need salt in the tank.

Well to start off, your mollies are in the wrong size tank! They should be in a 30 gallon, Minimum. Even then you need to consider how big the other fish will get, if they're aggressive or not, etc... Some Cory cats can get up to 3 1/2 inches long, that may not seem very big, but consider the size of the tank. and what about some type of cleaner fish? Who's going to eat all that algae you're inevitably going to have?

Before you even think about getting more fish you need to get a larger tank. Clear and simple.

Now we have the problem of the cost of a larger tank. well ther are websites like Freecycle.org, and Craigslist.org to remedy that problem. Check them out to see what you can find. Good luck!

You DO need to get rid of the Mollies. There is no way around it. They get too large for you to keep 3 in your tank with other fish. Also, Mollies prefer some salt in their water, which your other fish will NOT tolerate.

EDIT: Cories, Otos, and Tetras will not do well with salt. It causes a lot of stress, which can lead to disease. The Mollies HAVE to go.

You can have all of them, but between the tetras pick the neon, they are very pretty. You defidently have enough room
