It is to those that control the impact it can have. Most who are famous really did nothing to earn the fame. An actor becomes famous for being someone else, the actor has contributed nothing to the world, other than providing entertainment, the actor's fame will be fleeting, and he, or dhe knows it, that must be hard to live with.

i dont really like fame that much. it could turn u into a pompous jerk, and u could get all big-headed and obnoxious from it. nah, fame isn't wat its all cracked up to be.
