Go out in the full moon, strip off all of your clothes and wait for a wolf to bite you.
Or, you could just go out and find a radioactive spider to bite you and become spiderman.

Read some Carlos Casteneda. Supposedly our spirit has an assemblage point near the right shoulder blade. It stays there to keep the human form. But when one learns to move it, they can move thier "physical" body through space and time. Shape shift. See things as they really are on the spiritual level. And I particularly like the Warrior Teachings about overcoming being an egotistical asss!

I don't know maybe you should look out the window at might and see if you see a full moon. Look out the window every night until you see a full moon if you ever see a full moon and you don't turn into a werewolf than you were never meant to be a werewolf. Hope to hear from you soon.

firstly its a myth that you become a werewolves on full moon most people think that because werewolf powers are unpredictable on a full moon and so they sometimes get seen. so even if you never seen a full moon you would know if you were a werewolf.
to become a werewolf other that the natural way you can:
-mate with one
-drink ones blood
-get one to bit you but not to kill you (good luck on that one lol)
-change into one if you have powers.

you have to go out on a red or harvest moon in the forest, strip naked then howl like a wolf to atract one. then when it gets there let it bite you. but be careful if it likes the tast of your blood it just might eat you. because someone called me and sort of kind of...you know...ate them... so...beware.
