Methinks that many get "violated" here because some do not like the answers, not that the answer is wrong or inappropriate, even bad language, but if someone does not agree then they ding you, the numbers build up and Yahoo bans you or violates. I have had that happen and could not see the reason for the violation. And the Answers staff NEVER responds to an appeal.

If her questions are being removed, she has violated Yahoo community guidelines.
Best answer I can give you, since I don't know the circumstances and who you are talking about when you say One certain person.

I am unsure you're referring to the same person with both q.'s. Anyone can keep their questions private by editing their own profile to that effect. Her q.'s may be removed for violations.

Sometimes, especially lately, people are having perfectly good questions removed, because people we seniors are calling "trolls" have been reporting them. And, because of this, more people are starting to block their questions and answers from public view to help eliminate someone targeting them for thumbs down and more violations.

Fair...no problem with it!
