I need a spare wheel for a '94 Honda Civic. I found some wheels with new tires (same size as my Honda has) from an '87 Olds Calais. How do I tell what makes of 13" 4 bolt rims interchange?

On Honda's you need to stick with wheels from other Honda's. The hub center (the hole in the middle) is smaller than on other makes. If you put say, Toyota or VW wheels (the Olds wheels probably won't fit at all) which have the same bolt pattern and offset but much larger hub centers the wheels will not sit right on the hubs and you will get bad vibration problems. Been down that road too many times.

Measure the center hole diameter and center to center diagonal on the wheel stud holes and center to center of the center hole to one wheel stud hole. If the measurements of your Honda wheels is the same as the Olds wheels, you're good to go.
