How do I issue stocks of my C Corporation to my partners?

I want to issue shares of my c corp to my partners, but i have no idea how to do it? Do i need a lawyer or can i do it myself by signing the stock certificates?

You can do it yourself by signing the share certificates. I take it that you are the Secretary or Treasurer or higher.
