The only way you can be paid for videos if you are accepted into the Youtube "partners" program. They get adsense money from every view their video get.
So if you see someone like sxephil cheat with pictures of nearly naked women to get extra views, you'll see why.

no, sadly youtube doesn't offer that. Its simple like myspace, a site to put your things up for others to view.
