An electric fountain is just a pump driven by an electric motor. No tricks there. Making a buzzer should be fun. Wind an electromagnet first. Then mount the electromagnet on a board with a slightly springy strip of sheet iron mounted close to it so it can be pulled by the magnet when energized. Next mount a stationary contact (it can be another metal strip) that touches the strip on the side away from the magnet. Wire the switch consisting of the strip and stationary contact in series with the magnet and battery so the magnet current flows through it. When the electromagnet current pulls the iron strip toward it, the magnet current will stop flowing and the strip will spring back, reconnecting the current. That's the basic buzzer. Adjust the layout until it works well.
