wel.......uninstall the ccleaner you have lots of option for make you pc smoth.like in system tool in start button than accessories than system tool.try all one by one.

no, digitally signed cleaner do not have any kind of spywares. you do not need to worry bt if you want to clear your doubt then just scan it with your anti virus.
