I purchased a disc that cost $100 it is called ctrl center. The people at the store say that nothing but that will work, and any other thing will just prevent any more viruses from coming on. I also try to restore but it won't let me go back far enough.

i use spybot search and destroy and its awesome. and free to download. it can detect present problems, destroy them, block further ones.
