Tomorrow I will start taking Yaz for ovarian cysts and moderate acne. But I was wondering what other people have experienced while taking Yaz, I've heard that it's made some people break out worse, and some people clear up? Does anyone know why some people break out worse? Thanks.

Further breakout can be an allergic reaction to an ingredient in the medication for some people. This kind of reaction can also occur with pain medications that fall in to a certain category.
I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
I took the sister product to Yaz, Yasmin and the first week I was on it I had a rough time adjusting to it and then started to settle down. Then 6 months after the start of using it I had to go off for a different problem. I had to go on a different type of birth control pill.
