You are confusing me first you say he doesn't like you and then you say he doesn't know you like him.
If he doesn't like you then you can't do anything about it. I mean you can ask him to give you a chance but other than that you can't force anyone to like you, It should come natural.
If he doesn't know you like him then you need to start flirting, give him the stare, look directly into his eyes make small talk with him include questions about his past relationships. You can also avoid all of this just by simply walking up to him and asking him out. But flirting is so much fun. Good Luck!!

If he doesnt know that you like him, how do you know he doesnt like you?
If he doesnt like you there is nothing you can do. Find someone else. Love is not suppose to be painful

You can't make someone have feelings for you.
It either happens or it doesn't.
If he doesn't like you it's no big deal, there will be alot of other guys.

show him obvious non-verbal signs that you are interested in him. He'll pick up. Trust me. If you do nothing, then he'll know nothing. Do something, and he'll know something.
