I would think about revenge at first because I'd be angry but I would end up forgiving even if it takes me 5yrs,but I would definitely let the person who did it know how much they hurt me.Two wrongs don't make a right.

God tells us to forgive everyone. As it says in the the Our Father:
And forgive us our trespasses
As we forgive those who trespass against us
I might want revenge at first, but I'd start praying and be able to forgive them.
If you read the book "Left to Tell" by Imaculee Ibiganiza, its very powerful. It's about the author who survived the Rwanda genocide and hid in a bathroom for 90 days. She found God during this time and forgave those who brutally murdered her family.

revenge...if you would forgive that person, everything would start over again, a repeating cycle. i wouldn't want anyone to go through what i went through, so i guess revenge is the answer.

I will be angry but will forgive. I would rather have a clear conscience otherwise I am just the same as them. I do not want to be bitter the rest of my life.
