You need to be more clear about what you're asking...
If you two are going to "do it", then she should take birth control. If she doesn't know for sure she's pregnant (and you're going to keep "doing it", I assume) she should keep taking the pills.
Will it cause problems for the baby if it turns out she's pregnant? No. A lot of women get pregnant, while on the pill, don't know it, and keep taking them for a while. I never heard anyone say it causes problems, there's no such warning on the literature.
Of course, if it turns out she IS pregnant, why bother taking them any longer once you're sure - that's a waste of money and pills.
Meanwhile, if she's not sure, keep taking them so that in 30 days she'll be fully protected.
Meanwhile, as it says on the box, for the first month ALSO USE ALTERNATE MEANS OF CONTRACEPTION! Pills take a while to start working properly. Also, if she misses more than 1 pill in a monthly cycle, also use another means of contraception, too, that month. (Condoms...)

Is she definitely pregnant? Just because you had unprotected sex, doesn't mean she's now pregnant (though you should still ALWAYS make sure you wear a condom AND she takes her BC pills REGULARLY). Has she taken a pregnancy test? Also, when you say she's only been taking BC pills for ten days, you mean she just got her first BC pill prescription filled and she's only taken a total of ten pills? Normally it takes at least 1-2 months before the pills they really being to work they way they are supposed to.
Have her take a pregnancy test! That's the only way you'll know for sure that she's pregnant!
Also, if you're referring to ejaculating to "busting", then maybe you're not mature enough to be HAVING sex just yet. How old are you?

My friend took birth control pills and didn't know that she was pregnant until she was 4 months along. The baby was fine.
