On line gambling is the right way to go. Take 3 million you already have and gamble it on RED on roulette.
Another way is to find a widow of a foreign dignitary and have her give you a huge check to get money into this country and send her some to keep and you can keep what is left. Spend it quick before her check bounces and you are all set.

But to answer your question... you can invest in Indian medicines. Production of pharmaceuticals in India has risen sharply. They are, by in large, approved by the FDA and its and easy way to make really big bucks in record time. Buy cheap in India and sell high. to just about anywhere in the world. Aids drugs to Africa???
